Commercial painting
Interior and exterior painting for offices, schools, healthcare, hospitality, and public buildings, from new construction to repaints.

Acadiana and the coast
Lanehart has painted commercial buildings from our home in Baton Rouge since 1910. Today our crews serve the whole state, including Lafayette, Abbeville, Vermilion Parish, and the coastal parishes.
Talk to estimating ↗Where we work
Acadiana is a short drive west of our Baton Rouge office. We work in Lafayette and Abbeville, throughout Vermilion Parish, and along the coast in Cameron, Terrebonne, and Lafourche parishes, with the same crews, planning, and safety program we bring to every project.
The region is growing. In August 2026, plans were announced for a major new development at Pecan Island in Vermilion Parish, with construction expected to begin in 2027. As new work comes to the parish, we are glad to talk with general contractors and owners about painting and coatings scopes.
Services
The same services we provide across Louisiana, planned for each building and its schedule.
Interior and exterior painting for offices, schools, healthcare, hospitality, and public buildings, from new construction to repaints.
Protective and high-performance coating systems selected for the substrate, the exposure, and the way the facility operates. Coastal air and humidity make the right system and the right preparation especially important.
Drywall finishing, wallcovering, and specialty finishes coordinated with the rest of the interior trades.
Seamless epoxy and urethane floor systems planned around access, cure time, and the schedule.
Repaint and preservation scopes that extend the life of busy commercial buildings, scheduled around the people who use them.

Working with general contractors
Many of our projects take place in buildings that stay open while we work, from hospitals to hotels to stadiums. That experience shapes how we plan every job.
We work from the general contractor’s schedule and phasing plan, and we raise access, sequencing, and cure-time questions before the crew mobilizes.
Our crews are used to working around patients, guests, students, and staff. Work areas are protected, kept clean, and scheduled around the people using the building.
We keep the superintendent informed on progress, manpower, and anything that needs a decision, so there are no surprises late in the job.
Pre-task planning, orientation, and weekly toolbox meetings follow our crews to every project, wherever it is in the state.
